I’m a firm believer in Paulo Coelho’s philosophy, “When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” For me, this rings true when it comes to my writing dream. Ever since I found the courage to voice my dream to the world and work on making it a reality, there’s been a palpable energy shift that’s spurred my endeavor. I’ve met reader and writer friends from all over the world who have rallied around my work and served as an essential support system, I’ve won writing contests, I’ve been invited to make guest appearances on many wonderful blogs, and I even had the opportunity to contribute to the award-winning writers’ site, Writer Unboxed, which was a dream come true in and of itself.
Recently, another one of these “universal conspiracies” began to take shape, but I’ve had to keep it under wraps until now. A few weeks ago, I was invited to be part of something BIG in the world of books: Reader Unboxed, the reader-centric sister site to Writer Unboxed, which is launching today!
