When I began my writing journey years ago, I came across the fabulous writing blog, Writer Unboxed, and its amazing community of writers. At first, I silently lurked on the site, reading all of the wonderful blog posts from a stable of talented contributors, too intimidated to join in. Over the years, as my writing skills evolved, I began joining in the many wonderful conversations and soon found that I had a multitude of cyber-writer-friends.

Great to read more about your process. I’m getting my reader next week and will dive into the book. I look forward to reading how you deal with this topic. I read a memoir from a person, who was adopted, and honestly, it scared the crap out of me (as someone who has considered being an adoptive parent). Also awesome you are donating to Save the Children. Very kind of you.
