Whether it’s making a special trip to the ice cream shop, going on a long walk or curling up with a book you’ve been dying to read…save something really good for the end of your weekend to help fend off the blues.

    I love this idea! I always find myself feeling anxious as Sunday night draws near. But my dad always reminds me, “Don’t write off Sundays” – so yoru recommendation is a great way to do that!!

  • Since I’m a morning person, I do all my weekend chores in the morning so that my evenings are free to relax when I have less energy.

      That’s a good strategy, Alex! I wish I had more energy in the morning so I could do the same, but I tend to take advantage of every last second of sleep 🙂
